閻連科 一九五八年生，河南省嵩縣田湖鎮人。一九七八年入伍，一九八五年畢業於河南大學政教系，一九九一年畢業於解放軍藝術學院文學系，二○○四年十月，由解放軍二炮創作室調任為北京作家協會專業作家。 一九七八年開始寫作，作品有長篇小說《日光流年》、《堅硬如水》、《受活》、《風雅頌》等七部，小說集《年月日》、《耙耬天歌》等十餘部，另有《閻連科文集》五卷。 曾獲第一、二屆魯迅文學獎，以《受活》獲第三屆老舍文學獎，並先後獲其他全國、全軍性文學獎二十多項，其作品也曾被翻譯成多種語言出版。
